Honoring Engineers’ Day
On September 15, 2025, Excel Group of Schools observed Engineers’ Day with great enthusiasm, honoring the spirit of innovation and technology. The event featured an inspiring seminar by Mr. Krishna Kumar, currently working at Technopark, Trivandrum, who engaged the audience with his insightful session on “Introduction to Practical Robotics.”
Insights into Robotics
During the seminar, Mr. Krishna Kumar explained the fundamentals of robotics, beginning with the question of what defines robotics and its key milestones in history. He encouraged students to reflect on what makes us human while drawing parallels with the abilities of robots. The session also provided practical insights into the technologies that control robots, including an overview of Arduino versions, mobility and mobile robots, kinematics, and manipulators

Future of Robotics and AI
Toward the end of the seminar, he introduced students to the exciting world of machine learning and artificial intelligence, showing how these emerging technologies are shaping the future of robotics and human life.
Inspiring Young Innovators.
His engaging explanations, practical insights, and thought-provoking questions motivated students to think beyond textbooks and envision themselves as future innovators and problem-solvers. By bridging science, technology, and creativity, the session ignited curiosity and encouraged young learners to pursue their passion for engineering with confidence and purpose.
