Admissions are now open for kids from Kindergarten to Grade 11!
Our schools are open for admissions for students from Pre-KG (pre-kindergarten) to Grade 12. This means that we offer educational programs for children starting at a very young age, typically around 4 years old, and continuing through to the end of high school, at around 18 years old.
Pre-KG and kindergarten (KG) are the earliest years of formal education, and are designed to provide a strong foundation for learning. During these years, students are introduced to basic concepts and skills in subjects such as math, language, and social studies.
Grades 1 through 5, also known as elementary school, build upon the foundations established in Pre-KG and KG. Students continue to develop their skills in core subjects, as well as explore new areas of study such as science and the arts.
Grades 6 through 8, also known as middle school, represent a transition to more advanced academic work. Students begin to specialize in certain subjects, and are introduced to more challenging material.
Grades 9 through 12, also known as high school, represent the final years of formal education before college or university. Students take a wide range of courses in preparation for their post-secondary education, and may also participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, clubs, and community service.
By offering educational programs for students from Pre-KG to Grade 12, our schools provide a comprehensive and well-rounded education that supports students at every stage of their development.
To apply for admission to Excel, you will need to either contact the school directly and inquire about their admission process or apply through the website’s online admission portal. Alternatively, for more details, you can contact our Admissions Officer using the buttons above.
We have a fixed period of admission process and accept students in the middle of the school year with certain reservations. However, we might make exceptions in cases of transfers of national / international admissions and we request you to contact our admissions department.
We encourage all students and parents to write the entrance examination at the school premise. This is because students are shown a tour of the campus after the completion of their examination.
However, a request can be made to the admissions department through email or telephone to have an online entrance examination if the candidate cannot make it to the campus for reasons including health concerns or geographical limitations.

It is an extremely easy process for students to apply and be admitted into Excel. Students are required to score passable marks in the written entrance examination conducted at the school premises. Shortlisted students will then have an interview with a panel usually followed by a final interview with the school’s Chairman.
The committee consider a variety of factors when reviewing applications, including academic performance, test scores, extracurricular activities, and personal statements. The specific criteria and weight given to each factor will vary depending on the age of the student.
IGCSE welcomes students from all academic boards including State, CISCE, CBSE, IB etc
