Everyday, it makes me prouder and more pompous to be one amongst the few to be able to enjoy the fruits of a magnificent school journey I had. As my school quotes "WISDOM ENRICHES" and I wonder how else to better describe Excel. It has taken me places, given me experiences and let me beat obstacles which perhaps I doubt I ever could have. Clearing the INA SSB was an eye opener for me and to sail through it wouldn't have been possible if not for the endurance and determination my school taught me. The lots of MUNs, public speaking sessions, house competitions and inter school championships have made me a confident orator and that definitely has had an important role in moulding my personality.

When I think of my school, I cannot forget but only remember with utmost gratitude the unconditional love and guidance that my teachers always extended and that always made us feel at home. To even dream of a world class education while hailing from a small time town - still a dream for many was only due to the sheer will and irrefutably assertive outlook of our Chairman And Director. I owe anything and everything I am today to my parents, my teachers and my school.

I am proud to say that we at Excel received an extraordinary education and training for life ahead while studying in rural India. The far-reaching vision of Sreekumar Sir and Brindha Ma'am and the dedicated work of the staff, including our teachers, instilled in us the skill set and attitude needed to develop as we marched forward in our various paths.

We were taught to persevere with God within and the sun overhead to reach our goals. Each of us decided who we wanted to be, and we were given the exposure, inspiration, and mentoring to be good citizens and human beings. We knew early on where we wanted to go in life, thanks to the various extra and co-curricular activities that were offered to us.

I wish all the students at Excel the very best in life.

I am proud to be an Excellite and grateful to my school for shaping me into who I am today. Without the strong foundation that I received at our school, I wouldn't have been able to clear the IIT exam. The school has helped me discover my passions, encouraged me to try new things, and positively influenced my character. I truly appreciate all that the school has done to support my success, both academically and personally.

I am also thankful to our chairman for his impactful leadership. His dedication to our school and its students is unforgettable. I am Eby Atee, a Data Analyst at Citi. I am thankful to my parents who chose Excel to nurture me and provide me with the basic foundation upon which I have built my life today. I am thankful to my teachers and the management for the support and care they took to creating an enriching environment.

To me Excel holds as a wonderland that helped me open up to the world outside, equipped me with the social skills and talents, prompted me to stay inquisitive and empathise with the underprivileged. It laid foundation for me to make wise choices, cope with challenges and upgrades in life and career till date.

I’m forever grateful to the administrators and my teachers for rolling up their sleeves to guide us with utmost care, compassion and diligence while we were all startled by the exams and curriculum, especially as the pilot batch of the school.

I’d urge every student today to take away the best from each faculty and opportunity to build themselves as multi faceted leaders with a vision for a better world.

With all the fond memories this more than just a school, I continue coming back to Excel whenever possible and with head held high, call myself an Excelite!
