Education is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about fostering critical thinking, creativity, and social responsibility.
As an educator and language enthusiast, I am fully committed to the development of the English language environment of the school. I believe that a strong English language foundation is crucial for the academic and
professional success of our students in today’s globalized world.
To provide our students with a holistic education that prepares them for success in the 21st century, we will create a vibrant English language environment through:
Overall, we are committed to create a positive and supportive English language environment that helps our students become confident, fluent, and proficient English language speakers. I believe that this will not only
benefit our students academically but also prepare them for success in their personal and professional lives.
The impressive stature of our school today is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in all aspects, whether it be academics, athletics, arts, ethics, or aesthetics. In this competitive world, it is crucial that we teach our children to be competent, stand out with their exceptional skills, and overcome challenges with victory.
For us, educating goes beyond academics; we prioritize nurturing values like empathy, persistence, and perseverance in our learners to prevent moral decay and emotional emptiness. We strive to create leaders who will not only excel in their chosen fields but also bring about change.
As the Principal of Excel Central School, I am dedicated to upholding the management’s strategies for educational improvement and achievement centered on our students. I am confident that our students will continue to strengthen and add to the prestige of our institution. Let us lead the way for future generations.
We value your input, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or suggestions.

Excellence is the hallmark of Excel. It is top-notch in every respect. It provides a congenial learning environment to the students and gives ample opportunities and facilities for self-improvement to the staff. Therefore, I gladly accepted the position of an Administrative Officer.
As everyone knows, an Administrative Officer has to wear many different hats. He is a point of reference to everyone. As administration has its links with every activity in the school, his presence is felt everywhere. Since he has to interact with people of many hues, he must be an adept in interpersonal relationship.
As an administrative officer in a well-governed private school, my immediate job was to see whether all the Government norms are met to run a school. The No Objection Certificate, the Recognition order, the renewal of Recognition order (from Education Department) and above all five other Certificates from various Departments -PWD (for stability of buildings), Health Department (for sanitary Certificate), Revenue Department (for building license and ownership) and Fire and Safety Department. The inter-
governmental dealings would exhaust the administrative officer of any mettle! It is to our credit that the school possesses all these basic requirements.
As an administrative officer, I have to answer all the queries from the Government, complaints from the public and the parents. I should always be in touch with the Chairman, informing him every detail of
the matters I am dealing with. All steps are taken only after a discussion with him. All communication is signed either by him or by the principal. Updating the developments to the Chairman and the Principal is
an important duty of the Administrative Officer. As and when needed, I coordinate meetings and become a resource person. I am in the recruitment
board helping Chairman choosing the qualified teachers and the other staff. Now and then I remind the teachers of the value of students’ attendance register how to maintain it. I verify whether students are getting the benefits from the Government. I give edifying messages to the students often, especially
during the assembly.
Since the Excel strives to make the students future-ready, I help the Chairman in contacting resource persons of different fields and invite them to address and interact with the students. Being a member of Kumari Arivial Peravai (KAP) – a voluntary Organization involving students in enriching activities, I select batches of students every year and get them trained to become young scientists. In addition, I train the students for competitions. I conduct tests to the students once a month choosing questions from school
edition of The Hindu Newspaper. All news and advertisements for newspapers are also done by me.
Thus, the administrator’s duties cannot be confined to certain parameters. He is like an all-pervading spirit sharing his experience!
My mission as the School Counsellor is to provide comprehensive support to our students in various aspects such as social, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional for their academic, career, and personal growth and development. I offer a range of services to students, including Individual and Small Group Counselling, Classroom Guidance, and Consultation. Along with working directly with students, I also collaborate with teachers and parents to address their developmental concerns and needs through meetings and parent-teacher conferences. Additionally, I design and implement special programs targeting academic and personal/social life skills and concepts. My ultimate goal is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for our students to become successful learners throughout their lives. I firmly believe that each student has the potential to become a valuable and integral asset to our community.
