On July 4, 2025, the Culinary Lab of STEAM Labs at Excel Group of Schools celebrated Chocolate Day with creativity, enthusiasm, and sweet delights. The celebration aimed to blend fun with learning by encouraging students to explore the art of culinary science through one of the world’s most loved treats—chocolate.

Students actively participated in hands-on activities where they learned about the history of chocolate, its nutritional values, and the science behind tempering and molding. They prepared a variety of chocolate-based delicacies, showcasing their skills in creativity, teamwork, and presentation. The aroma of freshly made chocolates filled the lab, making the celebration both educational and enjoyable.
