Excel Central School and Excel Global School are delighted to announce the reopening dates for the upcoming academic year 2024-25, following the recent government declaration.

• Grades 1 to 12: Monday, 10th June 2024
• LKG and UKG: Wednesday, 12th June 2024
• PreKG: Thursday, 13th June 2024

School Timings

Excel Central School:

PreKG: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
LKG & UKG: 8:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Grades 1 to 8: 8:50 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Grades 9 to 12: 8:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Excel Global School:

Kindergarten: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Grades 1 to 8: 8:50 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Grades 9 to A level: 8:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Morning Entry: Drop off students near the Central Library for Excel Central School and near Gate No. 5 for Excel Global School by 8:50 a.m. Late arrivals must report to the reception.

Evening Exit: Pick up from the Central Library for Excel Central School and near the entrance for Excel Global School at the following times:

• KG: 3:00 p.m.
• Grades 1 to 8: 3:50 p.m.

School vehicles will depart at 4:00 p.m. Students walking home will exit through Gate 1.

Visiting Hours

Parents are requested to visit during designated hours. Early collection requires a permission slip submitted at the reception (Central) or Global Office (Global). Meeting with teachers is allowed on Open Days and every 2nd and 4th Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Essential Items and Uniform

Essentials: Students should bring an umbrella or raincoat, a rough notebook, sufficient water, healthy snacks, lunch, a spoon, fork, and a napkin. Avoid plastic items.

Uniform: Students must wear the designated school uniform and ID card. Uniforms should be clean and neat. No gold ornaments or noisy anklets. Higher-grade girls may wear small studs and a lightweight chain.

Parent Counselling

Periodic mandatory counselling sessions for parents, conducted by experts, are crucial for guiding children effectively and positively impacting their performance.

Important Note

• 10th June 2024: Half working day for all students (8:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.). School vehicles will depart at 1:45 p.m.
• Transport Arrangements: Parents of new students should meet the Transport Manager on reopening day in the forenoon at the library.
