On August 30, 2025, the Junior MBA Program was inaugurated at the Excel Group of Schools Mini Auditorium at 10:15 a.m. The program aimed to introduce students to the fundamentals of business administration and leadership. Students of Grades 8 and 9 actively participated in an engaging session filled with interactive activities, discussions, and self-assessment exercises.

The resource person guided students through key business concepts while emphasizing essential soft skills like communication, leadership, and self-awareness. He encouraged them to conduct a SAT self-assessment to understand their personal strengths and weaknesses. The session also covered important topics such as sleep deficit, procrastination, and the responsible use of mobile phones.

To enhance students’ confidence and teamwork, various icebreaker and stage-fear–overcoming activities were conducted, including the innovative Chinese Whisper technique, which highlighted the importance of clear communication.

The program, held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., successfully motivated young learners to think like future business leaders. The event continues to inspire students as they explore the exciting world of entrepreneurship and management.
