Excel Group of Schools celebrated Children’s Day on November 14, 2025, marking the occasion with the inauguration of the Awai Wisdom Farm Village Promotion Council. The event was held with great enthusiasm and purpose, emphasizing community development and global responsibility.

The program was graced by the Honorable Chief Guest, Mr. T. Mano Thangaraj, Minister of Milk and Dairy Development, Government of Tamil Nadu. An engaging and interactive session was conducted, during which the Minister interacted with students and staff, sharing valuable insights and encouraging young minds to actively participate in nation-building initiatives.

The Awai Wisdom Farm Village was inaugurated as part of the school’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals. As a key initiative, villagers were invited to become members of the Promotion Council, fostering collaboration between the school and the local community.

This inauguration marked the beginning of the Farm Village initiative, aimed at sustainable development, community empowerment, and experiential learning. The event stood as a meaningful celebration of Children’s Day, blending joy, learning, and social responsibility.
