From July 1st to 3rd, Grades 8 and 9 students embarked on an exciting journey through the Foundation level of the Junior MBA program, a 2-day intensive workshop designed to lay the groundwork for future leaders. This transformative experience delved into the core aspects of leadership, where students explored what it truly means to be a leader, the various styles of leadership and the importance of teamwork.

Guiding them through this journey was the highly respected Dr. Manish Jha, Managing Director of Brisk Ltd., and a renowned Global Career Counselor. With his extensive background and experience as an esteemed alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Dr. Jha brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. He not only imparted practical skills but also inspired the students to embrace their leadership potential in a rapidly changing world.

The Junior MBA program is thoughtfully structured into four progressive levels: Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced and Proficiency. Each level is meticulously crafted to build on the previous one, fostering comprehensive learning through engaging case studies and dynamic group discussions. The Foundation level, which our students just completed, marks the first step in their journey, setting a strong base for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

As the workshop concluded, there was a palpable sense of achievement among the students. They walked away not just with new knowledge, but with a deeper understanding of themselves as future leaders. The skills and insights gained during this program are sure to serve them well as they continue their journey through the Junior MBA, and beyond, into the broader world.
